Position Summary
The Quality System Operations Developer is responsible for documenting, through procedures, the activities carried out within the company, including both production processes and processes related to the quality system, as well as for preparing the necessary forms to document them.

Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and control of formats and reports assigned to the departments with regard to continuous improvement.
Preparation of procedures and work instructions for plant personnel related to operations, in coordination with supervisors and managers.
Implementation of improvements to the quality management system.
Verification of compliance with documentation corresponding to applicable standards and certifications in each case.
Participation and support in the preparation of pre-audits and audits conducted by clients and authorities.
Document control and tracking of nomenclature, expiration dates, and document updates.
Ensuring compliance with all activities assigned to personnel in relation to continuous improvement.
Reviewing and reporting incidents from the different areas of the company to those responsible, supervisors, and coordinators, with regard to implementations.
Active participation in production areas to support the development of continuous improvement activities.
Coordination with production areas for the execution of scheduled activities.
Analysis, together with managers, supervisors, and area leaders, of improvement opportunities for each operation.
Identification of improvement opportunities.
Key Requirements
Professional degree in an engineering discipline.
Experience in food industry companies.
Experience in personnel management.
Experience in hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP).
Experience in supervision and coordination of personnel.
Experience in industrial processes.
Experience with quality management systems.
Experience delivering training on various topics.
