Position Summary
The Human Resources Director will lead BENEBION’s people strategy, organizational development, talent management, and HR operations.
This role is responsible for supporting a healthy, professional, ethical, and high-performance workplace culture across the organization while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal leadership with operational discipline, organizational maturity, and the ability to work collaboratively across technical, operational, and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities
Organizational Leadership & Culture
Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
Promote a professional, respectful, and collaborative organizational culture.
Support leadership teams in organizational development and workforce planning.
Strengthen employee engagement, communication, and professional development initiatives.
Support change management during periods of operational growth and expansion.
Talent Acquisition & Development
Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.
Develop hiring processes and talent evaluation systems.
Support training and professional development programs.
Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing and organizational needs.
Help develop internal leadership and career growth pathways.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and workplace regulations.
Oversee HR policies, procedures, employee records, and documentation.
Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee relations processes.
Manage performance evaluation and disciplinary processes when required.
Coordinate with legal and administrative advisors on labor-related matters.
Employee Relations & Workplace Support
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
Promote fair, ethical, and transparent workplace practices.
Help resolve workplace conflicts and sensitive personnel matters professionally and confidentially.
Support employee wellbeing and workplace stability initiatives.
Strategic & Administrative Support
Develop HR metrics, reporting systems, and organizational analytics.
Support organizational scaling efforts associated with new facilities and operational growth.
Collaborate with finance, operations, engineering, and executive leadership.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Requirements
Required
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Law, or related field.
Significant experience in human resources leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment.
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary industrial environments.
English and Spanish professional communication skills.
Preferred
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, food processing, or technical operational environments.
Experience supporting organizational growth and scaling.
Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and organizational analytics.
Experience developing organizational culture and leadership programs.
Experience managing recruitment for technical and engineering roles.
