Position Summary
We are seeking a Sales Professional with proven experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sterilization processes, as well as standards such as ISO 11137, ISO 13485, and other relevant industry regulations. A strong network within the medical manufacturing or supply chain ecosystem is also essential. The primary objective of this position is to identify opportunities, develop long-term business relationships, and position BENEBION’s sterilization services in Mexico and North America.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients in the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors.
Promote BENEBION’s gamma and X-ray sterilization services to manufacturers, maquiladoras, and distributors.
Develop commercial strategies, lead negotiations, and close sales aligned with the company’s goals.
Provide technical guidance on sterilization process validation, regulatory pathways, and compliance with ISO standards.
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Represent BENEBION at trade shows, conferences, and industry-specific forums.
Maintain up-to-date CRM records and generate progress reports and sales forecasts.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or sterilization industry.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 11137, ISO 13485, and sterilization validation protocols.
Familiarity with regulatory environments such as FDA and COFEPRIS (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biomedical sciences, business, or a related field.
A postgraduate degree is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client visits, events, and on-site support.
